Day 2

Sleep: 1:30am - 5:30am (interrupted)

Breakfast: small bowl of Rice Krispies with milk
Lunch: chicken sandwich
Dinner: chili w/ toast
Snacks: BBQ chips w/ dip

Exercise: --

Felt nauseated and extremely sore after waking up, didn't feel up to much of a breakfast. Trying to improve water consumption during the day but it all just tastes like chlorine. :/ Got side tracked yesterday evening and completely forgot to do any form of exercise or post this.
