Day 3

Sleep: 12am - 7am (restful but too short)

Breakfast: smoothie (banana, mango, peach, almond milk)
Lunch: potatoes w/ chicken gravy
Dinner: --
Snacks: plain chips w/ dip, shortbread cookies & apple juice

Exercise: --

Donated blood yesterday, so kept things light. Wanted to try for a yoga session in the evening, but developed a strong headache after wearing my ill-fitted mask for a good portion of the day and missed dinner as a result.
