Sleep: 11:30pm - 7:45am (interrupted)

Breakfast: 10:30am, smoothie (1 banana, frozen peaches, spinach, almond milk)
Lunch: 2pm, grilled cheese sandwich (w/ tomato & spinach)
Dinner: chili w/ toast, pan fried veggies
Snacks: 4 cookies

Exercise: 20 minute walk after lunch, yoga @ 5pm

Felt anxious after waking up, nauseated after breakfast. Started to feel quite sore in the afternoon so I didn't feel up to a workout, the yoga helped. Mood was a bit low overall today.
