Day 3

Sleep : 12am - 7am (restful but too short) Breakfast : smoothie (banana, mango, peach, almond milk) Lunch : potatoes w/ chicken gravy Dinner : -- Snacks : plain chips w/ dip, shortbread cookies & apple juice Exercise : -- Donated blood yesterday, so kept things light. Wanted to try for a yoga session in the evening, but developed a strong headache after wearing my ill-fitted mask for a good portion of the day and missed dinner as a result.

Day 2

Sleep : 1:30am - 5:30am (interrupted) Breakfast : small bowl of Rice Krispies with milk Lunch : chicken sandwich Dinner : chili w/ toast Snacks : BBQ chips w/ dip Exercise : -- Felt nauseated and extremely sore after waking up, didn't feel up to much of a breakfast. Trying to improve water consumption during the day but it all just tastes like chlorine. :/ Got side tracked yesterday evening and completely forgot to do any form of exercise or post this.

Template & example info

Sleep : 11:30pm - 7:45am (interrupted) Breakfast : 10:30am, smoothie (1 banana, frozen peaches, spinach, almond milk) Lunch : 2pm, grilled cheese sandwich (w/ tomato & spinach) Dinner : chili w/ toast, pan fried veggies Snacks : 4 cookies Exercise : 20 minute walk after lunch, yoga @ 5pm Felt anxious after waking up, nauseated after breakfast. Started to feel quite sore in the afternoon so I didn't feel up to a workout, the yoga helped. Mood was a bit low overall today.

And so, it begins

I'm starting off sore today. I slept decently* and didn't strain myself much yesterday, so I'm not sure why all of my joints hurt. Missed breakfast, but made a smoothie** for lunch just after 12pm and made a box of KD with peas to share with the family. Also snacked on a few cookies... No nausea, but stomach feels a little heavy 3.5 hours after eating. Thinking yoga instead of a workout today. * In bed at 10pm, asleep around 11pm, woken up once or twice between 5-7am, got up and showered at 7:10am ** leftover spinach pieces, frozen mango, 1 banana, almond milk --- I took a break from work at 5pm to do a 20 minute restorative yoga session. Gosh did I ever need it, it really seems to have helped with my soreness, I just hope it lasts through the rest of my evening. Workout tomorrow?
